|1 lb lobster claws|
|1 whole stick butter|
|1 whole garlic head minced|
|3 tbsp gochujang|
|1 tbsp fish sauce|
|1 tbsp sesame oil|
|3 tbsp soy sauce|
|1 tbsp Thai Chili Honey|
1. If your lobster claws are not cooked, boil for 8-12 minutes.
2. Place a pan over medium flame and melt the whole stick of butter and add the whole garlic head. Cook the garlic on medium low heat until it is toasted and brown color. Do not overcook. Add 3 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 3 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp Thai Chili Honey. Combine everything together.
