2 lbs ribeye beef
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 garlic minced or crushed cloves
Seasoning Mix
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1 large green bell peppers cut in cubes
1 large onion cut in cubes
1 tbsp rice vinegar
3-4 tbsp Thai Chili Honey
1-2 tsp sesame oil

- Cut your ribeye into cubes.
- In a bowl marinate your ribeye with soy sauce, garlic and the seasoning mix. Let it marinate for at least 1-2 hours.
- In a pan on high heat, put in 1-2 tbsp oil and cook your ribeye for no more than 7 mins. Optimal time is between 4-5 mins.
- Take out the ribeye meat.
- In the same pan, put in more oil and add your green peppers and onions. Cook for another 3-5 mins until onions are slightly soft.
- Add in rice vinegar and your ribeye and cook for additional 3 mins.
- Turn off the heat and add in Thai Chili Honey and sesame oil and mix.
- Taste and adjust for salt.
