Ingredients:

1 lbs chicken wings
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt

2 whole freshly squeezed blood orange juice
1/2 inch cinnamon stick
1/4 cupΒ Thai Chili Honey
1 whole thai chili pepper

Directions:
1. Take a blood orange and squeeze the juice.
2. Add chicken to a large bowl and spray 1 tbsp avocado oil and Seasoning mix- 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp salt; mixed with hands.
3. Prepare a baking pan with parchment paper and spread chicken pieces. Bake at 425 degrees F for 16-20 minutes or until golden brown, crispy on the outside, and fully cooked on the inside.
4. Place a pan over a medium flame; add blood orange juice and a half-inch cinnamon stick, boil them, and let them simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Add 1/4 cup of Thai Chili Honey, and don’t forget our favorite Thai chili pepper. Cook for further 10 minutes.
6. Turn off the heat and let them rest for 10 minutes. Pour the blood orange sauce mixture on the top of the wings and enjoy this sweet and savory chicken wing.
